The App provides a platform to connect patients with doctors for online, outpatient and home medical consultations. The App facilitates communication, appointment scheduling, and payment processing, but does not provide medical services directly.
3. Registration and User Accounts:
- Doctors: To use the Application as a physician, you must complete the registration process and provide truthful and complete information, including verification of your professional credentials by the medical team leader. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
- Patients: To use the App as a patient, you must provide basic contact information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
4. Acceptable Use:
You agree not to use the App to:
- Illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- Violate the rights of others.
- Interfere with the operation of the Application.
- Impersonate someone else.
- Distribute spam or malware.
5. User Conduct:
- Doctors: Physicians are expected to provide professional services diligently and ethically. They are responsible for the quality of care they provide through the App.
- Patients: Patients are expected to provide truthful and complete information to physicians.
6. Payments and Subscriptions:
- Doctors : Doctors' use of the App is subject to payment of a subscription, the terms of which are detailed in the App.
- Patients: Patients are responsible for paying for medical visits at the rates set by each doctor.
7. Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for:
Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the App.
The quality of medical services provided by physicians through the App.
Any errors or omissions in the content of the Application.
8. Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property rights in the App and its content (including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, software) are our exclusive property.
9. Links to Third Parties:
The Application may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy policies of these sites.
10. Modifications to the Terms:
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes. Your continued use of the App after notice of the changes will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Termination:
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that Country.

The App serves as a connecting platform between doctors and patients and does not provide medical advice. The doctor-patient relationship is established directly between the doctor and the patient, and we are not responsible for the quality of the medical care provided. Any information provided through the App should not be considered as a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional for any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
15. Dispute Resolution:
Any dispute arising between a doctor and a patient in connection with the services provided through the App shall be resolved directly between the parties. In the event that a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before initiating any legal action.
16. Force Majeure:
Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such failure is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, acts of war, civil unrest, internet or telecommunications network failures, acts of government, fire, flood, or strike.
17. Separability:
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be interpreted in such a way as to achieve the same economic effect as the original provision.
18. Assignment:
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights or obligations under these Terms to a third party without your consent.
